02 June 2021 – Midweek Prayer Meeting Guide

“O Lord, you have always been our home. Before you created the hills or brought the world into being, You were eternally God, and will be God forever. You tell us to return to what we were; You change us back to dust. A thousand years to You are like one day; that they are like yesterday, already gone, like a short hour in the night. Teach us how short our life is, so that we may become wise.”

Psalm 90:1-4, 12

Jesus went around visiting all the towns and villages. He taught in the synagogues, preached the Good News about the Kingdom, and healed people with every kind of disease and sickness. As he saw the crowds, his heart was filled with pity for them, because they were worried and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. So he said to his disciples, ‘The harvest is large, but there are few workers to gather it in’. Pray to the owner of the harvest that He will send out workers to gather in His harvest.“Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal among you, which comes upon you for your testing, as though some strange thing were happening to you; but to the degree that you share the sufferings of Christ, keep on rejoicing; so that also at the revelation of His glory, you may rejoice with exultation.” Jesus went around visiting all the towns and villages.
